Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a Carbon Neutrality Coordinator to oversee the organization's carbon neutrality strategy across North American facilities, aligning with corporate guidelines.

You will serve as the liaison among project owners, leadership, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time, within-scope execution, transparency, and rigorous performance measurement. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, risk management, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental compliance, or a related role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing programs or projects.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central carbon neutralization initiatives.
• Maintain inventory of active, planned, and proposed carbon reduction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor milestone completion and project health.
• Prepare executive dashboards illustrating project status, milestones, budget, and reductions.
• Identify barriers and coordinate mitigation plans with project owners.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Associate’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
