Job summary

Bosch in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Carbide Cell Operator for 3rd shift. You will load/unload machines, verify correct orders, adjust parameters, and identify machine issues while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work area, following SOPs, using measuring tools, and reading prints to ensure product tolerances are met. Prior experience with carbide cells and basic computer literacy are helpful.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating carbide or similar machining cells preferred.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to quality and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and prints.

Responsibilities

• Operate Carbide Cells, load and unload the machine and ensure correct orders are fulfilled.
• Make machine parameter adjustments and identify problems with the machine.
• Maintain quality standards and keep area clean and safe.
• Mobility required throughout sections of the machine; follow safety procedures.
