Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group's Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking a Car Washer to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles on the lot. You will move units as directed, assist with deliveries, and ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for customers and deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a positive, customer-service oriented attitude. Training and benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth within the group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Dealership experience a plus—not required.
• Great attitude and customer service oriented.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local/law regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot.
• Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Other duties assigned by management.
