Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for a Team Member position at our Clean Express Auto Wash in Mentor, Ohio. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement as you learn the wash process, upsell Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and deliver exceptional customer care.

You will educate customers on benefits, greet and serve with a friendly attitude, handle POS transactions, and participate in safety and quality checks in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages.
• Greet customers and make a strong first impression.
• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Maintain quality assurance through basic checks and safety protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
