Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member for Flying Ace Express Car Wash in Huber Heights, OH. You will deliver exceptional customer care and actively promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and monthly packages to customers.

Work outdoors in all weather, stand during shifts, and uphold safety protocols while learning the wash process to support team growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or current enrollment.
• Ability to engage customers and promote memberships.
• Willingness to learn wash process and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers.
• Present Unlimited Wash Club memberships and upsell packages.
• Greet customers, ensure 100% satisfaction, and handle escalations calmly.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and maintain quality checks.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required uniforms; participate in training.
