Job summary

Wallis Companies is seeking a Crew Leader to provide customers with an exceptional car wash experience and lead the crew when management is unavailable. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance while promoting high-quality service and upholding company standards.

The role requires 3–12 months car wash experience, basic math and cash-handling skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma
• 3-12+ months car wash experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to perform routine duties with standard procedures and some judgement

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew to maximize productivity and set a positive example
• Manage schedules and hours, and cover shifts when needed
• Oversee cash handling and daily paperwork
• Train new sales associates on store procedures
• Maintain safety practices and compliance across the crew
• Ensure professional communication with customers, vendors and staff
