Wallis Co is seeking a Crew Leader at our car wash to provide an exceptional customer experience while guiding the team in daily operations. You will lead by example, manage inventory and assets, and ensure adherence to schedules and safety standards to keep the store running smoothly.

The role emphasises strong English communication, hands-on leadership, cash handling, and daily paperwork with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication with managers, customers and staff.
• Equivalent to a high school diploma.
• 3–12+ months car wash experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accept responsibility for controlling inventory and company assets on the Crew.
• Lead the Crew by example to ensure maximum productivity.
• Observe hours and follow posted work schedule; report all hours worked.
• Complete daily cash and paperwork; handle irregular schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow safety practices.
