Job summary

Wallis Companies is seeking a Crew Leader to provide an exceptional car wash experience, supervise staff, and step in when management is absent. You will lead by example, ensure safety, and manage daily operations to keep customers satisfied.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling, training new associates, handling cash and paperwork, and enforcing company policies. Candidates should be reliable, with 3–12 months of car wash experience.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or higher education.
• 3–12+ months car wash experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew by example to maximize staff productivity.
• Monitor inventory and protect company assets according to policy.
• Handle cash, paperwork, and daily logs accurately.
• Enforce safety practices and participate in safety meetings.
• Train new sales associates and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
