Job summary

The Wash Shop is seeking a Car Wash Assistant Manager to support the store manager in delivering efficient, high-quality service to customers. You will oversee car wash staff, ensure timely vehicle service, and help meet sales targets while handling daily paperwork and cash controls.

This outdoor role requires effective communication with customers and team members, adherence to safety rules, and flexibility to perform related duties as assigned. Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good technical knowledge and math skills are required.
• The employee must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and respond to communication calls from co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Open and Close Station on time.
• Monitor workflow to ensure vehicles serviced timely.
• Meets sales goals.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork.
• Maintain proper cash controls (i.e. follow check acceptance policy, correct preparation and making of deposits, cash drawer maintenance, etc.).
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service; answer questions; resolve customer problems and complaints.
• Observe and comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
