Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants across multiple car wash brands. This outdoor role requires a high drive to win while maintaining integrity, rolling up sleeves, and delivering outstanding guest service in all conditions.

You will oversee nationwide and regional sales initiatives, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness while driving revenue growth.

Competenze

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
