Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants across our car wash brands. This role requires outdoors work, a high drive to win, and unwavering integrity, with a focus on guest service and operational excellence.

You will drive nationwide and regional sales initiatives, recruit and coach staff, and ensure safety and quality while delivering fast, friendly service. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus!
• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred

Responsabilités

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
• Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
• Other duties as assigned
