Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication with managers, clients, customers and the public (Language Skills).
• Equivalent to high school diploma is required (Education).
• 3–12+ months car wash experience required (Experience).
• Ability to perform routine duties following prescribed standards with judgement (Skills & Abilities).
• Familiarity with cash handling, computers, and basic office equipment (Technology, Tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew by example to ensure maximum productivity of every staff member, including self.
• Observe operating hours and follow the work schedule; manage shifts with notification changes.
• Complete daily cash and paperwork as needed.
• Greet customers and handle transactions with professional service and accuracy.
• Train and follow up with new sales associates on store procedures.
• Maintain safety practices and complete store safety inspections monthly.
• Troubleshoot and reset car wash equipment when necessary.
