Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew to maximize productivity and set a positive example.
• Manage daily operations and scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain inventory and asset control; ensure safety practices and procedures are followed.
• Greet customers, handle complaints or suggestions professionally, and ensure quality service.
• Train new sales associates and uphold company policies and procedures.
