Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, car wash, or customer-service roles.
• Ability to read/write/speak English clearly for customer and team communication.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate car wash efficiently to achieve sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, image, and wash quality to meet expectations.
• Monitor membership database and ensure accurate billing.
• Develop staffing schedules and manage labor costs.
• Work 40+ hours weekly, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ensure safety and follow on-site procedures; report issues promptly.
• Assist in marketing and promotions to drive sales.
