You’ll grow SpeedPass memberships, oversee opening/closing, safety procedures, and hands‑on problem solving while reporting to the Site Manager. This role rewards leadership, reliability, and a commitment to high service standards with commission opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments; leadership is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

• Grow SpeedPass memberships by creating an amazing guest experience.
• Own site cleanliness and ensure SpeedWash standards.
• Lead and train the team to discuss wash packages and convert guests to members.
• Oversee daily operations: opening/closing, staffing, maintenance, wash quality, and customer flow.
• Maintain safety procedures and accountability.
• Support the Site Manager with daily decisions and leadership.
