Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash in Vista, CA seeks an experienced Store Leader to guide a customer-focused team. You will hire and train new Team Members, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure adherence to company policies while driving sales and guest loyalty.

Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, addressing customer questions, maintaining cash accuracy at POS, and coaching teammates to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Availability to work various hours, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Ability to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged standing and operation of the cash register or related equipment.
• May lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Outdoor work environment with loud car wash equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and support the team.
• Assist with employment actions including discipline and termination.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforce effective sales pitches with the team.
• Maintain cash accountability at POS registers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lead talent development and coaching as part of customer service excellence.
