Quick Quack Car Wash in Hurricane, UT is seeking a capable leader to assist the Store Leader with hiring, training, and daily workflow. You will help manage team performance, answer customer questions, ensure cash accuracy, and uphold Quick Quack’s standards while working outdoors in a loud environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, operational efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience in a fast-paced setting typical for car wash operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards.
• Must be able to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged periods standing and working on the cash register or related equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• This person will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
• This person will be in constant motion and will participate in physical activities such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members; supports team with direction.
• Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination.
• Monitors store performance and identifies opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforces proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintains proper cash accountability at POS registers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Drive memberships by maximizing car volume and building customer loyalty.
• Analyze reporting and daily trends to support smart business decisions.
• Motivate and inspire the team through Quick Quack Car Wash’s core values.
• Communicate standards and monitor outcomes to ensure policy adherence.
• Provide clear expectations and involve others in planning and development.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to keep the store staffed.
• Develop your team to deliver outstanding service and growth.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching and 1-on-1 meetings.
• Use data from multiple sources to make rapid, well-informed decisions.
