Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash in Lemon Grove, CA is seeking a Store Leader to supervise daily operations, train and motivate Team Members, and uphold Quick Quack’s customer service standards.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and safety while delivering a best-in-class guest experience in an outdoor, loud environment. A high school diploma is preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Dress and grooming must meet standards.
• Must be able to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged standing and operation of cash register equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members
• Coordinates day-to-day workflow of Team Members; provides direction
• Monitors performance and helps increase productivity and efficiency
• Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies
• Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures
• Drives memberships and builds customer loyalty
• Analyses daily trends to support store decisions
