Silverstar-Car-Wash- is seeking a motivated Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our busy car wash facility. You will lead a team, uphold service standards, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout all shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise a fast-paced team.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure adherence to policies and high service levels.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before/after wash for quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervisor/manager.
