Wiggy Wash is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a busy car wash facility and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage staff, enforce policies, and uphold quality control standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable reporting to management. A High School diploma is required, with opportunities for growth and holiday/weekend scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policies followed and exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
