You will train staff, inspect vehicles, manage supplies, prepare reports, and keep the facility clean and organized. Weekend and holiday availability preferred; excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants and ensure policy adherence and exceptional service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
