Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and customer service is excellent.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
