Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policy compliance and exceptional service.
• Train new staff on washing techniques, customer service, and safety.
• Inspect vehicles before/after washing for quality control.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervisor/manager.
