Pure Magic is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the car wash facility in Knoxville. The role focuses on leading staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train new staff and manage reports. This is a full-time position with benefits after a waiting period and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring policy compliance and exceptional service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing for quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
