Job summary

Coastal Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy facility. You will lead a team of attendants, ensure service quality, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring adherence to company policies and exceptional customer service
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager to meet business needs
