Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a dedicated supervisor for Russell Speeders Car Wash in Bellevue, NE. The role leads a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants, delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining safety and quality.

Outdoor work in all conditions is expected, with strong attention to detail and a can‑do attitude. You will drive guest satisfaction, participate in regional initiatives, and coach staff to meetperformance standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
• Bilingual a plus
• Carwash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
• Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
• Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate
• Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
• Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be successful
