Job summary

Cobblestone Car Wash, a Spotless Brands Company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Denver-area locations. Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll provide team leadership and oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory, and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, responding to customer concerns, and ensuring safe, efficient site performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a management role in a car wash or customer-focused retail.
• Ability to lead through example and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret and manage P&L statements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, manage staff, and oversee inventory and facilities.
• Respond to customer complaints with effective resolution.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and financial controls are followed.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and department collaboration.
• Maintain safety and quality standards across the site.
