Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2-5 years of management in a car wash or customer-focused retail.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to communicate policy.
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply to actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
