Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee daily operations at its Colorado car wash locations. You will train and support Crew Members, verify schedules, control labor costs, and report to the Site Manager.

The role requires a strong leader capable of handling safety procedures, equipment maintenance, customer service, and resolving issues. Competitive pay starting at $19 per hour plus commission, on-the-job training, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Lead and train Crew Members and support staff.
• Ability to interpret instructions and follow procedures.
• Identify risks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Manage scheduling to meet daily demand and labor targets.
• Track hours and report to Site Manager.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain company dress code.

Responsabilités

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Complete new hire paperwork with new team members.
• Verify shifts and crew follow procedures and safety rules.
• Assist in constructing employee schedules considering daily demand.
• Support Site Manager in tracking hours to control labor costs.
• Provide daily reports to Site Manager on operations.
• Act as Site Manager when they are unavailable.
• Explain Ultimate Shine wash packages to customers.
• Operate and understand XPT equipment and reports.
• Maintain car wash equipment and troubleshoot issues on site.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for washing and assess damage.
• Ensure customer satisfaction after wash and clean vehicles.
• Handle complaints and damage claims per policy.
• Uphold professionalism and dress code.
• Complete monthly paperwork and audits.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed.
• Oversee inventory orders for chemicals and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
