Job summary

Circle K is seeking a friendly, attentive Store Team Member at our Decatur, IL location to greet customers, explain wash options, and drive memberships. You will handle transactions, assist with tunnel/chemical room equipment, and maintain a clean, safe outdoor work environment.

Strong communication, sales skills, and a team mindset are essential. Weekend availability and the ability to learn a POS system are required, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient with computers and learning a POS system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Able to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.
• Able to work in outdoor car wash environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner and greets customers.
• Explain wash options available and assist with memberships.
• Report inquiries and incidents in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support Site Manager and perform CSR and Supervisor 1 level duties.
• Maintain safety policies and operate in typical outdoor car wash environment.
