Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and greet customers.
• Explain wash options and process from the car wash station.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and report inquiries or issues promptly.
• Complete CSR and Supervisor 1 level duties as needed.
• Work weekends and support Site Manager when off-site.
• Enforce all safety policies and understand chemical room functions.
• Assist with equipment repairs and general site upkeep.
• Adhere to dress and attendance standards.
