As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly while creating awesome experiences for our customers. You will oversee opening and closing procedures and supervise team members while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, help them choose the perfect wash package, and sell memberships like a pro (training provided).
• Guide customers onto the wash track safely and efficiently.
• Use point-of-sale systems to handle transactions and keep things running smoothly.
• Keep the car wash spotless—trash duty, vacuum stations, and all the little details.
• Open and close the location, manage shift duties, and ensure everything’s on track.
• Ensure adherence to daily checklists and safety procedures.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support to keep the team strong.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

Qualifications:

• A people person who loves working with others and creating positive vibes.
• Someone who’s cool with working weekends (it’s part of the gig!).
• A friendly, polite attitude—because good energy is contagious.

• Lifting, pushing or pulling 40lbs or more.
