Responsibilities

• Greet customer with a smile, eye contact, and hello.
• Build customer loyalty and upsell products.
• End transactions with a courteous “thank you, come again.”
• Respond to emergencies per Hazard Communications Kit and Injury/Illness Prevention Manual.
• Clean facility areas and equipment during shifts as directed.
• Collect payments via cash or debit; encourage add-on purchases.
• Interact positively with the public and resolve basic service issues.
• Communicate clearly in person and by phone; follow written instructions.
• Prepare fast food items, following recipes and minimizing waste.
• Adhere to sanitation, refrigeration, and cooking standards; manage cash and equipment during shifts.
• Instruct customers on self-serve equipment when needed.
• Prepare reports on funds and products sold during shifts.
• Take inventory and balance cash and reports per policy.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment safely (air machines, vacuums, car wash).
• Stock shelves and walk-ins with merchandise.
• Maintain weekly time records for hours worked.
• Keep PRIDE areas organized and clean.
