Job summary

ModWash in Kent, OH is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and actively sell wash memberships. You will guide guests through packages and options, ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after each wash.

You’ll work with a friendly team to hit sales goals, keep facilities clean, and provide a welcoming atmosphere. The role includes evenings and weekends with base pay plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
