What You’ll Do:

• Wash, dry, and prepare luxury vehicles using proper techniques that protect premium paint finishes and surfaces
• Ensure every vehicle is clean, presentation-ready, and prepared for customer delivery, showroom display, or service pickup
• Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership to support efficient sales and service operations
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash area, service drive, and dealership lot
• Inspect vehicles for visible dirt, debris, or cosmetic concerns and report any issues to management
• Properly maintain and store cleaning equipment, supplies, and wash tools
• Support the Sales, Service, and Logistics teams by preparing vehicles in a timely manner to meet operational needs
• Uphold THE COLLECTION's standard of excellence in every vehicle you prepare

What We Seek:

• Previous car wash, porter, valet, or automotive service experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering clean, well-presented vehicles
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to support multiple departments as business needs require
• Availability to work the dealership's operating hours, Monday through Saturday, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
• Team-oriented professionals who take pride in representing a luxury automotive dealership
