Wash Masters is seeking an Assistant Manager to support operations across multiple car wash locations in the Austin area. Travel between Arlington, Grand Prairie, Dallas, and Balch Springs as needed and manage staff while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $18 with responsibilities spanning operations, reporting, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at car wash is required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software, POS systems.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols is important.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash.
• Travel between locations as needed.
