Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with sales, membership growth, and achieving performance goals.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience mindset.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Willingness to learn car wash equipment, operations, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads; foster a positive, productive environment.
• Daily Operations: assist with operations, ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency; monitor wash quality and policy adherence.
• Guest Experience & Sales: deliver exceptional service, explain services and memberships, drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Business & Administrative: review location performance, monitor metrics, use POS and office software, support inventory and admin tasks.
