Position Overview

The Manager in Training (MIT) will participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills in people management, operations, and customer service. The program prepares the trainee for future managerial responsibilities, including decision-making and customer complaint resolution.

Our company offers weekly bonuses based on cars washed and monthly passes sold, with average annual earnings between $48,000 and $51,000 including wages and bonuses.
