Tip-Top-Car-Wash is hiring for both management and non-management roles to support unprecedented growth at our New Castle location. You will run daily operations, supervise staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and implement workflow procedures under the Site Manager’s guidance.

Key duties include scheduling, performance reviews, recruiting support, resolving escalations, cash handling, safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, efficient car wash environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Capacity to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily car wash operations and supervise staff.
• Provide customer support in escalated situations.
• Coordinate shift schedules and monitor attendance.
