Tip Top Car Wash - New Castle, IN is seeking a full-time or part-time manager role to run daily operations and deliver excellent customer service. The candidate will supervise staff, implement site workflows, and support escalated customer issues under the Site Manager's direction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance reviews, recruitment, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships and budget awareness.
