Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee car wash policies and procedures to ensure front line associates handle customer conflicts according to company guidelines.
• Track capture rate and implement initiatives to improve.
• Bid out the chemical costs and car wash product costs on an annual basis to ensure competitiveness.
• Oversee car wash signage program and ensure consistency throughout chain.
• Develop and implement car wash initiative programs to monthly sales.
• Provide information to assist Managers in budgeting correctly for the car wash line items.
