Job summary

Warrenton Oil Co. seeks a Car Wash Manager to oversee operations, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain safety standards at the facility. You will supervise staff, meet sales goals, and drive the car wash membership program while coordinating with district leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience and exhibit strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee car wash operations and facility performance, including communicating operational and repair issues with maintenance staff, store managers, and district managers
• Partner with store leadership on hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of car wash staff
• Communicate safety issues, including chemical handling and SDS requirements, to appropriate leadership and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Advise leadership of any actions or situations that pose a risk to employees, customers, guests, or company assets
• Perform additional duties as assigned
