Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• 3+ years of retail experience with at least one year in a management role.
• Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience in Big box, auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule shifts within overtime rules.
• Grow sales volume and site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L and understand how costs affect margins and pricing.
• Ensure customer inquiries and incidents are resolved promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and vehicle damage claims.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
