Job summary

Tip Top Car Wash is seeking a capable supervisor to manage daily operations, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role coordinates shifts, oversees workflow, and supports the Site Manager in executive decisions to ensure smooth operation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, the ability to handle customer concerns, and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities include training and performance reviews.
