Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Springfield, IL to lead daily operations at Store 4701815. You will manage opening/closing, staff training, scheduling, and inventory while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory/manager role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with customer focus.
• Proven ability to train staff and manage opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting manager when Site Manager is unavailable.
• Order and stock inventory; train new hires and open/close checklists.
• Train Fast Pass sales techniques and respond to voicemails/emails promptly.
• Able to create and manage staff schedules.
• Maintain car wash equipment knowledge and perform basic maintenance.
• Coordinate team training and monitor PMs to determine further needs.
• Complete daily store breakdowns and support monthly team meetings.
