Job summary

Nouria Energy is hiring an Assistant Manager for Golden Nozzle Car Wash in the United States. You will support the Site Manager, supervise daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a clean, safe environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this fast‑paced role, you will optimize workflow, drive sales initiatives, monitor KPIs, and lead shifts when needed to keep throughput high and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years old and able to work up to 50 hours weekly.
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations, staffing, and coaching.
• Keep facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational.
• Optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to reduce wait times.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Support sales initiatives and membership growth to boost revenue.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of chemicals and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics to improve site performance.
• Collaborate with Site Manager on goals and initiatives.

Assistant Manager – Golden Nozzle Car Wash

What You’ll Do:

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a hands‑on, motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our high‑volume car wash facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys developing team members, and is passionate about operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to help maximize site performance, support team development, and ensure every customer leaves with great experience.

A day in this role may include:

• Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling assistance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
• Support efforts to optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience
• Provide best‑in‑class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies to drive revenue and customer retention
• Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and restocking of chemicals, parts, and operational supplies
• Enforce company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards
• Support review of operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve site performance
• Partner with the Site Manager to execute site‑specific goals and business initiatives
• Help resolve employee and customer concerns to maintain a positive, productive environment
• Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager’s absence when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry a plus)

• Basic knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance practices, and safety standards is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic operational software systems

Minimum Requirements

(Must meet all of the following to be considered)

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require
• Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Required to work at least one weekend day
• Open availability based on the operational needs of Golden Nozzle

Physical Requirements

• Ensure physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of all store facilities
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
