Enmarket is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on hands-on supervision of daily site operations and building a high-performing team, while ensuring safety and excellent customer service.

You will work with the Site Manager to optimize throughput, handle staffing, and execute sales initiatives. A fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older confirmed before hiring.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations including staffing support and scheduling.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and full operability of facilities and equipment.
• Enhance customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of chemicals and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics to improve site results.
• Lead shifts and cover Site Manager absence when needed.
