Responsibilities

• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and efficiently.
• Assist with member sign-ups, account changes, and CX improvements.
• Follow pricing, discounts, and membership policies accurately.
• Operate wash equipment safely and maintain a clean wash area.
• Communicate operational issues with teammates and management.
• Engage customers at the convenience station and encourage feedback.
• Perform routine site upkeep, trash removal, and inventory checks.
• Prepare towels and materials to support daily operations.
