Job summary

Gallaherco is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of our car wash tunnel and equipment, and to maintain the surrounding property. You will perform routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and landscaping to keep facilities safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include daily checks, cleaning and lubricating equipment, ordering parts, stocking supplies, and helping with general upkeep of parking lots, lawns, and trenches.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and complete maintenance checklists for car wash equipment.
• Power wash and clean car wash tunnels, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Clean and replace filters and car wash brushes.
• Lubricate car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with equipment repairs and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Order and manage replacement parts and supplies.
• Stock and organize spare parts, chemicals, and cleaning supplies.
• Perform routine checks on all car wash components.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including returning tools to their proper locations.
• Maintain the parking lot and vacuum areas, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
• Maintain the grass and landscape areas, including mowing, weeding, and trash removal.
• Clean and remove dirt from trenches.
• Paint walls and other surfaces as needed.
• Replace and manage chemical supplies.
• Finish all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
