• Safety Comes First: direct drivers safely and address challenges to protect customers and staff.
• Make It Shine: maintain site appearance and cleanliness for a welcoming environment.
• Help Customers Navigate Options: assist customers and explain available services.
• Monitor Quality: observe wash operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Enforce Policies: ensure adherence to company rules by customers and staff.
